Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans sold by Binary Leap OÜ ("ARK256", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Estonia (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Estonia), including monthly subscriptions (Ghost and Phantom) and one-time (30-day) plans. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

1. Monthly subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan (Ghost or Phantom), you are charged for the current billing period immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to the Service until then. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

2. One-time (30-day) plans

One-time plans are billed once and grant access for a fixed 30-day term, after which all servers, data, and copies are permanently destroyed. One-time plans are non-refundable once your vault has been provisioned (see Section 3). One-time plans do not renew, and expired one-time vaults cannot be recovered.

3. Provisioning and vault creation

When your payment is processed, we provision a dedicated, encrypted vault for you (for Phantom plans, multiple dedicated instances across regions). Because this allocates real infrastructure to you at the moment of purchase, all plans are non-refundable once the vault has been provisioned. Provisioning occurs before any files are uploaded; a refund is therefore not contingent on whether you have uploaded data. If provisioning fails due to an error on our side, you will not be charged for the failed vault.

4. Billing errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, for example charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the charge and, where applicable, issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.

5. Free tier

The Free tier carries no charge and is not subject to this Refund Policy.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at bl@binaryleap.eu with the following information: (a) your Paddle order or receipt number; (b) the plan you were charged for; (c) the date and amount of the charge; and (d) a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/legal/buyers. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Binary Leap OÜ transactions and may be able to assist with payment disputes. We strongly encourage you to contact us at bl@binaryleap.eu before filing a dispute with your payment provider. Filing a dispute before contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
